Happy SUMMER!

It's been a lovely summer so far, and the flowers have been magnificent!  The air has been gentle, and the water has been exceptionally warm and welcoming.   How can one not be inspired by such a perfect summer?

The second half of 2012 is underway, and for me that means shows (See below)!

It's been a fruitful summer for new work.  If you look me up at shows, you'll see the line of sculptured palm jewelry as well as more container pieces, with my impressions of bits of things that I've found on the beach and in the woods. These pieces  are in the form of pendants and brooches, in all kinds of interesting colors!  You'll also find more sculptured bead work-  individual pieces as well as the strung ensembles.  As always, strung on silk, with hand-wrought clasps in sterling or 14 karat yellow gold.

For commissions, I can be reached here on the website, at the studio in Harpswell by appointment, and of course, I always welcome a visit at a show (schedule below).   If something special and one-of-a-kind is in your thoughts, please remember that in addition to design time, porcelain requires patience, and the coloring and firing process is many steps.

Come and see the new work when you can, shows and exhibitions are listed below.

My very best wishes to you!

Michelle
